Currently, all our prices are in USD.

All orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days of your order being placed, except for Pre-Orders and clothing. Clothing and apparel items can take between 1-7 business days to be shipped out. Our clothing and apparel items are fulfilled by a partner company, and will be sent separately if you ordered multiple items.

We are unable to change up date shipping address and method of payment. Please ensure you have inputted the correct information at the time of purchase.

If you find that an error was made, please contact us ASAP to let us know and we will make every effort to assist.  

We are unable to apply your coupon code after your payment has been processed. Please take the time to ensure you have properly entered the coupon code prior to completing your purchases. 

Only 1 discount code can be applied per order.

Shipping

Our headquarters is located in Canada in the city of Calgary, Alberta. 

If tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information as soon as your order has been processed. You will receive an email with the tracking link. 

For the most accurate tracking information, please refer to the link in the shipping confirmation email. 

- All orders are shipped within 1 - 4 business days, except for pre-orders, back orders and clothing.

- Clothing and apparel items can take between 1-7 business days to be shipped out. 

- Shipping times vary between 3-7 business days for US orders, depending on delivery address.

- Shipping times vary between 3-7 business days for Canadian orders,  depending on delivery address.

- Shipping times vary between 5-30 business days for all international orders depending on delivery address.

- Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays or the time it takes local customs to release your package

Once the postal carrier has processed your shipment, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping method or update your address. There may be times where your tracking information may be delayed but your package is still en-route to you. 

If your package is showing that it has entered your destination country with no further updates, it is highly likely that your shipment has been handed over to your local customs office.  We suggest that you contact your local customs office or post office for additional updates. 

We have been advised that some postal carriers may not leave a pick up notice or that the package requires payment for duties. We recommend checking your tracking link often in to ensure that the delivery of your order is not missed. 

If delivery is missed or order was not picked in time at your local post office, your order may be at risk to be returned back to sender.  Additional shipping fees will apply to have the order re-shipped to you.

We are not responsible for stolen packages but we will make every effort to assist you as best we can. 

If the incorrect address was inputted at the time of shipping, additional shipping fees will apply to have the order re-shipped to you.

We suggest doing the following:

- Verify the shipping address 

- Look for any attempted delivery notice slip

- Double check the outside of your home, mailbox, and/or community mailroom 

- Check in with your neighbours or any one living in your home that may have received 

- In some rare cases, we have seen the postal carrier mark shipments as delivered when they haven't been, so please be patience and allow for another 1 -2 days for your order to arrive

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, and unwashed. Items must be returned in the condition it was sent to you. Items need to be returned within 14 days of your items being delivered in order to receive a credit refund. If 14 days have gone by since your items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Pre-orders, sale items and products marked as final sale will not be accepted for refund. 

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on dog boots or human clothing. 

Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges due to limited edition items and sizes. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color you will need to return your original order for a refund and place an order for the correct size/color.

We inspect each of our products carefully prior to shipping it out to you.  In the event that your purchase is damaged or the wrong item was received please send us a message here within 7 days of receiving your package so we can further assist you.

We use high quality materials for all our products, however they are not indestructible. 

We do not replace or refund purchases due to everyday use, wear and tear or accidental damage caused by your pet. Please ensure that items are out of your pet's reach.

Dog Backpacks

We do not recommend washing it in a washing machine. If you have to wash the backpack, please hand wash only and air dry only.

Dog Harnesses & Leashes

We recommend hand washing or washing it on the gentle cycle of your washing machine with cold water and air dry only. 

Cooling Vest

We recommend a quick rinse each time the cooling vest has been used. For a deeper clean, hand wash with cool to lukewarm water with just a little bit of detergent. Using hot water to wash the cooling vest can result in damaging the cooling layer of the vest. Air dry only. 

Winter Coat

We recommend hand washing or washing it on the gentle cycle of your washing machine with cold water and air dry only. 

Winter Boots

We recommend hand washing or washing it on the gentle cycle of your washing machine with cold water and air dry only.
