Shipping prices for international orders:
- Standard shipping $20
FREE Standard shipping on orders over $115
- Customs/Tariff fees are NOT included in the shipping price
- Bark Industry is not responsible for any costs or issues that may occur at customs when entering your country
- Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom, tariff, and duty fees
- Please contact your customs if you have not received your package within the specified transit time. Let them know that you are expecting a package. Customs may hold packages and will only release them when they are contacted by the person the package is addressed to.

We cannot be held liable for lost packages or any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by shipping companies or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.
If your order was returned back to us, due to incorrect address, non-payment of duties or you simply missed the window to pick up your package at your local post office, additional shipping fees will apply to have the items re-shipped.
