• All orders are shipped within 1 - 4 business days, except for pre-orders, back orders and clothing
• Clothing and apparel items can take between 1-7 business days to be shipped out
• Delivery time does not include weekends, holidays and/or the amount of time custom requires to release your package

USA 

• Shipping times vary between 3-7 business days depending on delivery address
• For all U.S. shipments, tracking numbers are automatically e-mailed to customer upon fulfillment of order.

Shipping prices for US orders:

• Standard US shipping $9.99 USD
• FREE Standard US shipping on orders over $75 USD

CANADA. 

• Shipping times vary between 3-9 business days depending on delivery address
• Tracking numbers (if available) will be automatically e-mailed to customer upon fulfillment of order

Shipping prices for Canadian orders:

• Standard Canada shipping cost depends on shipping location 
• FREE Standard Canadian shipping on orders over $95 USD

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We cannot be held liable for lost packages or any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by shipping companies or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address. 

If your order was returned back to us, due to incorrect address, non-payment of duties or you simply missed the window to pick up your package at your local post office, additional shipping fees will apply to have the items re-shipped.
