Return/Exchange Policy

Returns/ Refunds Policy and Requirements

  • To be eligible for a return the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, and unwashed. Items must be returned in the condition it was sent to you. Items need to be returned within 7 days of your items being delivered in order to receive a credit refund. If 7 days have gone by since your items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. 

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR DOG BOOTS DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS. 

 

How To Return Your Items:

  • Send us an email at barkindusty@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and we will provide you instructions on how to return your items should they be eligible. 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  •  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Non-returnable items: Winter Boots and Gift Cards

 

Exchanges

  • Items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, and unwashed. Items must be returned in the condition it was sent to you. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of your items being delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your items were delivered, unfortunately we cannot process an exchange.
